Application of the conditioned bone regeneration material is done in two steps.
• Step 1: The material is forced in deeply in caudal and palatal direction and
worked in (Fig. 4).
• Step 2: The second layer Algipore combined with PRGF is inserted into the vestibular cavity after implant placement and applied around the implant (Fig. 6).
